Taiza Children's Cooking Class “Tomorrow's Kitchen – Fermentation”

FOODWORKSHOP

Shuji Kusunoki will conduct a cooking class for children focusing on rice, miso soup, natto, and pickles. Everyone will cook and eat together. Shuji Kusunoki is a fermenter who trained at restaurant in Gion, Kyoto, and was a finalist in CHEF1 Grand Prix 2022, who now pursues the appeal of fermented foods.
