Join us for the 8th SEI-Kitchen featuring Sachi Sakabe, Director of Japan Food Doctor Association, and Ken Sakamoto, owner chef of cenci! Sakabe, a pioneer in food medicine, will introduce her unique dietary method, Poderish, aiming to promote happiness and health.

Ken Sakamoto will debut his “Wakame Soup Set Meal” using seaweed from Taiza, starting October 25, 2024, exclusively at TAIZA Studio. Let’s gather to rethink sustainability through food and meaningful discussions! SEI-Kitchen invites chefs and creative experts to explore the intersection of food, art, architecture, and more.
