SEI-kitchen vol.7 "Sustainable Fashion and Sea Sweets"

SEi-kitchen held to think about the future of fashion and food with the hope that we may be undergoing a gradual change. We welcomed Mr. Daijiro Mizuno, professor of Kyoto Institute of Technology’s Future Design and Engineering Organization, as a lecturer and hold a study session on “Sustainable Fashion” and Ms. Sayoko Sugiyama made sweets using “algae” for the first time attempt for Okashimaru and TOMORROW FIELD.
