A one-day collaboration between Michelin-starred cenci (Kyoto, Japan) and Gault et Millau-listed Nawaya (Kyotango City, Japan).
This will be the second time that cenci and Nawaya will collaborate on a one-day full-course lunch and dinner, following last year’s successful events at Nawaya.
